Returns
In the event that you have received defective products, you must send an email to info@tiendamanilla.com indicating the order number.
Within a maximum period of 24 hours (business days) we will confirm and issue your order.
If you have placed an order and have not made the purchase correctly, you must send an email to info@tiendamanilla.com notifying:
1. Order number
2. Reason for return
3. Photo of the condition of the products
Once the return is confirmed , we will tell you where to send the products.
When the merchandise arrives at the indicated address, the amount of the products will be refunded.
*The return of die-cut products with a hole for a keyhole or filler will not be accepted.

Yes. Any handle with a plate can have a keyhole. It will be important that you indicate the distance from the handle of the handle to the center of the keyhole.
On the page of each handle with plate you will see the option to add the keyhole service so that we can die-cut it. Make sure the "keyword" option is added to your order.
